CRA Ontario Awards Banquet – Registration Open Now

International Plaza Hotel - ExteriorJoin us on the evening of Tuesday March 8th, 2016 at the International Plaza Hotel as CRA Ontario celebrates this years awards recipients for their contributions to the Rental Industry in Ontario.

After dinner, guests will be entertained by Sarnia’s own Award Winning Singing Impressionist – Mat Gauthier. In 2004, Mat won the ‘Rising Star’ competition in the World Tribute Artist Championships. In 2005, he was chosen as one of the top two finalists at Canada’s Great Impressions Contest, sponsored by the Comedy Network.

Returning this year will be the tabletop design challenge.  This is a chance for the Party and Special Event sector to show the industry what a banquet could look like if the party segment were making the decorating decisions.

Chris Wehrman, CEO of ARA to speak at CRA Ontario Conference 2015

ChrisWmugChris Wehrman, CEO of ARA will speak to the remarkable 50-year plus working relationship of rental members in Canada and the United States, through the CRA and ARA.  It is a great story of success and putting members first!  Chris is a dynamic, and engaging speaker who is deeply committed to advancing the goals, and solving the challenges of equipment rental operators throughout North America.

Chris will speak at the CRA Ontario Annual Awards Banquet which will be held on March 25, 2015 in conjunction with CRA Ontario Conference 2015.

Chris Wehrman is Chief Executive Officer and Executive Vice President of the American Rental Association (ARA), representing equipment rental companies and manufacturers and suppliers of rental equipment. Wehrman is the third chief staff executive in the association’s 59-year history. She is responsible for the administration and management of the Association, its subsidiaries and related entities, including the ARA Foundation.

Wehrman began with ARA in 2000. Prior to joining ARA, Wehrman served as Chief Executive Officer of the National Corn Growers Association based in St. Louis, Mo. She also served in executive-level and managerial positions in various other agriculture-oriented associations and the U.S. government. She is a graduate of Iowa State University
